Position: Automation Controls Manager

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in controls and industrial automation; At least 3-5 years’ previous management experience; Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical automation equipment and controls; Strong business forecasting and planning skills; Computer literate (Email, Word, Excel, etc.); Exceptional customer relations experience; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be a self-starter, be able to work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills; Must be able to pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history); Must adhere to all company policies and procedures; Must be available and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned
