Position: ATW/BTW Operations Manager
About: This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific operation, including staff management, scheduling, and client reporting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two (2) years supervisory/management experience in a shift work environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be 18 years of age or older; must have a reliable telephone and transportation; ability to handle confidential information with tact; physical ability to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout shifts; pass pre-employment and random drug tests; complete a criminal background check; read, understand, and follow instructions in English; capable of resolving problem situations; must be a US citizen or possess necessary authorization from INS
