Position: Attendee Data Coordinator, Corporate Events

Requirements: 1+ years of related experience, including entry-level meeting support and coordination; Bachelor’s Degree required; Highly motivated, able to work independently; Strong team player, eager to support others; foster positive team dynamic; Exhibit a strong work ethic, patience, and a winning attitude; Strong oral and written communication skills; Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours (evenings, weekends) and travel when required; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong ability to prioritize work; Proficiency with Microsoft Office – specifically with Excel; Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize through strong communications; Cvent and Conference Manager experience a plus; Work intelligently and ensure that the Team Manager is aware of problems or issues which negatively affect productivity; Strict and accurate adherence to the company’s time tracking policies and systems; Ensure knowledge is shared within the team through positive communications; Work on ad hoc requests from clients as required; Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
