Position: Athletics Event Coordinator II
About: Grand Canyon University, a leading private Christian university in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking an Athletics Event Coordinator II to support, organize, and coordinate event logistics. This role reports to the Event Team Supervisor and involves leading the Event Coordinator I and student workers for campus events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a discipline related to communications, marketing, promotions, or similar program; valid driver’s license in good standing; 1-year experience in event planning, promotions, or related capacity; demonstrated self-motivation, effective communication, planning, and organizing skills; ability to work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends; must pass pre-employment background investigations
