Position: Asst Manager Restaurant
About: Rivers Casino Des Plaines, located at 3000 S. River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018, USA, is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager – Coffee Spot to join their Food & Beverage team. The Assistant F&B Manager will report to the Restaurant Manager and oversee all Coffee Spot operations as well as provide support for other Outlet operations.
Requirements: 3 – 5 years F&B leadership role in gaming or hospitality environment; BA Degree in gaming/hospitality or related field; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent leadership/motivation skills; excellent organization and planning skills; excellent knowledge in various computer programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); budget and mathematical skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests; ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process; ability to work flexible shifts including holidays; ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing; physical requirements: frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending, and lifting
