About: Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality, timeliness, and service standards are met. This role involves managing labor and food costs, fostering guest relationships, addressing issues, and leading the team through motivation and training.
Requirements: Leadership & Communication – Ensures SOP adherence, teaches Freddy’s standards, fosters open communication, prioritizes customer satisfaction, exemplifies hospitality, and maintains a professional image.,Financial Performance-Conducts labor analysis, enforces quality control standards, monitors portion control guidelines, analyzes sales trends, and maximizes productivity while maintaining quality.,Health & Safety-Ensures health department compliance, addresses violations effectively, conducts inspections, and resolves issues promptly.,Other Responsibilities-Meets guest needs, approves schedules, coordinates activities, completes operational checklists, follows cash handling procedures, handles paperwork accurately, resolves conflicts constructively, and has proficiency in MS Office.,Physical Requirements: (including but not limited to)-Requires standing and walking for 10 hours/day, continuous reaching, bending, lifting, and stooping, access to all restaurant areas, handling items weighing 0-50lbs, and flexibility in working hours/days.
