Position: Assortment Planning Project Manager
About: ALDI is a leading retail company that focuses on putting great products in stores aligned with customer preferences. This position involves overseeing multi-disciplinary projects related to assortment strategy and collaborating with national and international committees and departments such as Merchandising, Pricing, Customer Insights & Analytics.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred; minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business, Project Management, or retail operations required; knowledge of project management, category management, and buying processes; ability to recommend, interpret, and apply company policies and procedures; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work with cross-functional teams.
