About: Tidewater Community College, a regional educational and economic force in South Hampton Roads for over 50 years, is seeking an Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning and Operations. TCC is the largest provider of higher education and workforce services in Hampton Roads, offering a comprehensive range of programs and services across multiple campuses and regional centers.
Requirements: Progressively responsible leadership experience in facilities development and management; Experience in preparing master plans and development documents; Knowledge of construction, environmental, and safety regulations; Ability to oversee capital outlay plans and maintenance programs; Strong project management and communication skills; Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field required
