Position: Associate Restaurant Manager
About: Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to serve as the assistant to the Restaurant General Manager and provide additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. The ARM will focus on driving excellence in customer service, maintaining company standards, supervising food handling procedures, and exercising financial control.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment; ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train hourly employees; proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
