Position: Associate Nurse Manager- Float Pool & Hospital Operations
About: Nemours Children’s Health in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for the Float Pool & Hospital Operations. The ANM position entails collaborating with the Nurse Manager in operational and administrative support of nursing associates, emphasizing nursing leadership and adherence to the Magnet model. Responsibilities include people management, performance management, on-boarding, and professional development through Nursing Advancement @ Nemours. ANM ensures evidence-based care delivery, quality patient service, and serves as a resource for front line leadership.
Requirements: BSN required; Licensed Registered Nurse in DE & American Heart Association BLS required upon hire; Nursing specialty certification preferred; Minimum of three years experience required with leadership experience strongly preferred.
