Position: Associate Manager, Facilities
About: This position is with a company responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the resolution of facility-related repair and maintenance issues and capital projects associated with TSC and PTS owned or leased locations, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for customers and team members. The team member communicates with store team members and the Store Support Center teams.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility or building maintenance (preferably in a multiple unit retail environment) to include technical knowledge and industry trends; Education: Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field; Professional Certifications: Facility certifications in HVAC, roll-up doors, MEP, or other preferred
