Position: Associate Manager
About: Abby’s Restaurant is looking for an Associate Manager to assist in the management and direction of daily operations, ensure quality food and customer service, supervise restaurant personnel, and perform administrative functions in the absence of the Manager. The role involves monitoring staffing levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing loyal customer base through effective marketing strategies and merchandising. Additionally, the position is responsible for controlling costs, training staff, and maintaining a positive work environment through proper communication and guidance.
