Position: Associate General Manager (Afternoon Shift)
About: Tesla Motors is seeking an Associate Manager of Global Distribution Center to join the Service team responsible for distributing parts for Tesla’s Service Centers. This role involves designing and developing efficient inventory movement and storage systems, managing warehouse staff, and focusing on continuous improvement and scalability within the Global Distribution Center Group.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business; 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or distribution & logistics; Demonstrated excellent communication skills; Proficient in lean manufacturing principles; Resilient change agent capable of leading through paradigm shifts; Strong multitasking project skills; Strong knowledge of lean warehousing methodologies
