Position: Associate Events Coordinator – Seasonal
About: At Carowinds, a renowned theme park and entertainment destination, the associate events team is seeking enthusiastic individuals to create a vibrant atmosphere by organizing and hosting exclusive events for the dedicated associates. Responsibilities include ensuring staff and materials are ready for events, maintaining department relationships for event success, promoting events to associates, managing events, evaluating activities for improvement opportunities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior theme park or service industry experience preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; adept at event planning practices; strong relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills; independent worker; flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
