Requirements: Highly motivated; 3+ years of related experience including meeting planning and coordination; 2+ years of related experience with event and registration technology; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; customer focus and approachable demeanor; experience in database management and analytics; flexible to work outside normal business hours and travel; proficiency with registration website platforms and virtual meeting tools; programming skills such as HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
