Position: Associate Director Facilities
About: WuXi AppTec, a leading global pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the design, construction, and operations of their state-of-the-art contract manufacturing and testing facilities. The role involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing facilities change controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for supervising a team skilled in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and cleanroom operations, fostering collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and partners, and developing budget projections and maintenance schedules to support business goals and customer needs.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with a minimum of 8 years experience in an Engineering/Facilities capacity and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience; minimum of 5 years experience in a cGMP, Life Science Company
