Position: Associate – Bakery
About: Joseph’s Bakery Associates play a key role in merchandising all of Joseph’s baked goods, providing premier customer service and maintaining Joseph’s high standards for product freshness and sanitation. This position involves selling products, fulfilling special orders, operating bakery equipment, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; ability to deliver friendly, respectful, timely customer service; ability to read, write, and do simple math problems; ability to interpret and follow instructions; ability to work well with others; food preparation experience; a passion for serving people
