Requirements: In lieu of degree, 6+ years working with medical devices/FDA supervised products in a hands-on environment required; ability to travel up to 70-75%; valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards and state requirements; strong technical knowledge of medical devices, equipment, or software; strong ability to build relationships with healthcare providers; knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as the competition, is crucial; ability to close deals and meet fee for service sales targets; knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulations, trends, and market developments; strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions; strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong presentation and public speaking skills, including the ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients; strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; strong ethical standards and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients; must wear personal protective equipment including safety shoes, eye protection, gloves, and protective clothing; must align with Baxter infection control policies
