Position: Assistant Store Manager – Spirit
About: Spirit Halloween, a seasonal retail store, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Lawton, OK. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in various operational tasks to ensure maximum sales/profitability and exceptional guest services during the seasonal store operation.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18; flexible schedule availability; physical ability to stand for 8+ hours, walk, climb ladders, lift/move up to 50 pounds; prior retail management experience required
