Position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – CHERRY HILL
About: Dr. Martens is opening a brand new store location in Cherry Hill, set to open in early May 2025. They are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team and help uphold consistent business standards and brand representation.
Requirements: 2-3 years supervisory experience required; retail experience required, footwear experience preferred; ability to communicate clearly and professionally; proficient in MS Office Suite and retail systems; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and able to lift up to 50 pounds; must have a connection with the brand and possess fundamental qualities
