Position: Assistant Store Manager

Requirements: A high school diploma or its equivalent required; some college-level business/management courses preferred. 2 or more years of management experience or equivalent required, with 3 or more years preferred. Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle. Proficiency in communication, organizational, and computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications. Demonstrated proficiency in general business practices, business acumen, analysis, problem-solving, and focus on people development and guest service. Strong guest service aptitude and ability to instruct others.
