Position: Assistant Store Manager
About: Kohl’s, a retail company, is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and merchandising, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales and profitability.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching and performance management; Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills; Strong people management skills and talent development ability; Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position; College degree OR equivalent combination of education and 2 years experience in retail or similar industry
