Position: Assistant Store Manager
About: Kohl’s, a retail company, is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to provide oversight of store operations and merchandising, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales and profitability. The role involves teaching, coaching, and developing associates to execute operational, service, and merchandising processes efficiently and consistently.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching for daily goals and performance management; Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills; Strong people management skills and talent development ability; Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position; College degree OR equivalent combination of education and 2 years experience in retail or similar industry
