Position: Assistant Store Manager

Requirements: A high school diploma or its equivalent required; some college level business/management courses preferred. 2 or more years of management experience required, with 3 or more years preferred. Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle. Proficiency in communication, organizational, and computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated proficiency in general business practices, basic business & finance acumen, problem-solving skills, and a focus on people development & guest service. Strong guest service aptitude and the ability to instruct others.
