Position: Assistant Store Manager
About: Sephora, a renowned beauty retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional client service. Requirements: Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager; 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting; strong leadership skills and business acumen; client management skills; strong organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees; flexible availability to work a retail schedule; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment; adherence to Sephora’s dress code and policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook
