Position: Assistant Stewarding Manager-Banquets (Caesars Palace LV)
About: Provides overall supervision of the Stewards department, including planning, scheduling, organizing, execution and evaluation of kitchen and banquet functions on an assigned shift.
Requirements: Three years back-of-the-house experience in stewarding required; Must have prior experience in all phases of kitchen administrative work and knowledge of all kitchen equipment and industrial chemicals; Must be certified in food sanitation and knowledgeable in all phases of banquets; Must possess excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Knowledge of computers is helpful; Must be able to work flexible hours; Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team; Must present a well-groomed appearance
