Requirements: Minimum 4 years of recent line cook experience, including grill and sauté, or a culinary certificate and 2 years of recent line cook experience; Proven experience in all kitchen stations and multiple cooking skills; Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, culinary techniques, and specialized ingredients; Demonstrated proficiency in food safety practices, recipe adherence, and menu innovation; Passion for culinary arts, continual learning, and exceptional guest service; Basic understanding of kitchen operations and cleanliness standards; Good communication skills
