Position: Assistant Sommelier
About: A company is seeking a professional to assist the Sommelier in daily beverage service operations, maintain wine quality standards, oversee inventories, handle guest concerns, and perform related duties in the absence of the Sommelier.
Requirements: Must be able to work in outdoor elements, handle equipment up to 50 pounds, exert ability in limited spaces, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, bend, stoop, squat, stretch, grasp, write, stand, sit, walk, and have visual acuity and hearing ability. Must have manual and finger dexterity to operate equipment.
