Position: Assistant Server – Scotch 80 – On Call
About: Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, Restaurant Assistant Manager and indirectly to the Captain, the Assistant Food Server is responsible for maintaining tables, dining room cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, they handle side work and general cleaning of the kitchen service area, providing professional and personalized guest service that reflects the Company’s brand standard.
Requirements: One (3) year of experience in a restaurant as a Food server assistant or Busser; great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and respect for others; ability to carry heavy trays efficiently and securely; thorough knowledge of proper service and etiquette; high school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar resort setting; must obtain a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card; must obtain a Southern Nevada Health Card; minimum age requirement is 21
