Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in a food or clean room manufacturing environment; 2 years of supervisory experience; Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Word; Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols; Knowledge of HACCP (hazard analysis critical control points); Experience in scheduling, training, and directing
