Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail sales preferred; strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for others; customer-centric approach with a focus on exceptional service; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions; excellent communication skills and brand awareness; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs; comfortable standing for extended periods of time
