Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for selling and driving new traffic; professionalism, strong work ethic, and respect for others; customer-centric with a focus on exceptional service; ability to inspire and coach team associates; organized, strategic, and capable of making independent decisions; clear communicator and brand initiatives; technological aptitude to navigate computer systems; physically able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs; flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, open availability of 40 hours per week
