About: Delaware North Travel, a company operating food, beverage, and retail services at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant within a bustling airport environment.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager required; Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation; No college degree required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
