Requirements: Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays, and a varied schedule; true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in general computer knowledge, including point of sale systems; extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills; proven leadership skills; strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine, spirits, and beer; hotel experience and thorough understanding of restaurant service; previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferred; knowledge of Health and Sanitation Practices
