Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Requirements: Minimum of one-year management experience in a luxury hotel or independent restaurant in a similar position; Knowledge of Restaurant and Bar operations; In-depth food and beverage product knowledge; Understanding of LQA/Forbes standards; Familiarity with restaurant management software, OpenTable and Infogenensis; Guest service skills including that include conflict management and service recovery; Hotel Management or Business Degree preferred; Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
