Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager, Nobu (Caesars New Orleans)

Requirements: College degree in hospitality, business or equivalent work experience preferred; 3+ years of work experience in fine dining, full service, or high-volume restaurant; 3+ years of management experience within bar operations; Previous work in a high caliber chef-driven property is a plus; Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management; Strong leadership, communication and management skills; Strong knowledge of beverage preparation; Excellent planning and public relation skills; Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment; Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; Proficiency in Point of Sales systems; Flexibility to work various shifts.
