Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Miss River

Requirements: High School or College degree preferably in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience; 3-5 years in Food and beverage industry; 2 years experience in Food and Beverage management; Knowledge of business acumen including managing guest service, cost control, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems; Proficiency in the English language; Food and beverage knowledge
