Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Loews Hotels Universal Orlando

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred; experience in full-service restaurant preferred; wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred; strong organizational skills; ability to work with a flexible work schedule
