About: Assistant Restaurant Manager at LGA Airport offering great pay depending upon experience up to $60,000 per year, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses, annual super bonus, 401K plan, medical benefits, and career development and advancement. The Assistant Restaurant Manager partners with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, delegate tasks, deliver exceptional customer service, lead by example, and develop the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food & beverage industry in a management/supervisory capacity; full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred; proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports; ability to effectively manage conflict, work under pressure, prioritize activities, and work weekends and holidays.
