Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Raleigh-Durham area, including BurgerFi and Jason’s Deli. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in leading the restaurant team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food & beverage industry, in a management/supervisory capacity; full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred; proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities
Benefits: great pay $55,000-$58,000 per year (depending on experience), opportunity for quarterly bonus and year-end super bonus, paid parking, 3 weeks PTO (Paid Time Off), health insurance
