Position: ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER job

Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team; Minimum of 2+ years of experience in hotel food and beverage management or equivalent; Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills; Unafraid of food and beverage-related tasks, projects, and responsibilities; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service; Proficient in general computer knowledge; Availability to work first and second shift, weekends, and holidays; Demonstrate Hyatt Values: Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, Experimentation, Wellbeing
