Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Entry level management position that assists in the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and Room Service at Los Angeles Airport Marriott. The position involves menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, assisting servers and hosts during peak meal periods, and supervising respective departments to ensure guest and employee satisfaction within the operating budget.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in a related professional area.
