Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry with a proven track record of exceptional guest service and team management; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; must possess a commercial mindset to drive financial performance and profitability; ability to remain calm under pressure and provide consistent exceptional guest experiences; flexibility in schedule to meet business needs
