Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least one year of supervisor or management experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with management; excellent organization skills; must be able to handle guest requests and complaints; must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisor, and fellow employees; must present a valid Manager liquor card; flexibility in scheduling – AM, Mid, PM, and holidays
