Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: An Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders, and Team. They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence, including overseeing floor operations, Brand Training programs, and providing strong leadership to deliver great guest experiences and operational excellence. The role involves ensuring the restaurant operates according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies, and applicable laws.
