Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure guest satisfaction at our fast-paced experience-driven restaurant. The Assistant Manager will partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, motivate and lead team members, ensure service standards are met, and maintain a positive environment. Responsibilities may include leading the team in the kitchen and dining room, acting as the lead host, creating the FOH schedule, managing personnel, monitoring inventory, taking social media pictures, and enforcing safety protocols.
Requirements: Must have 3 years of restaurant experience in a fine dining establishment; reliable and great communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with multitasking skills; preferred wine/spirits knowledge; willingness to be coached and work well in a team setting
