Requirements: Prior experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume, high-end establishment; prior experience in various capacities in all positions in a bar/lounge preferred; strong leadership, communication, and business acumen; proven track record for guest satisfaction; proficiency in all aspects of bar/lounge service; knowledge of food, beverage, accounting, administration tasks, and wine/beverage programs.
