Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: SSP America operates several restaurants in the Raleigh-Durham area including BurgerFi and Jason’s Deli. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in partnering with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and ensure exceptional customer service and team development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food & beverage industry in a management/supervisory capacity; full-service and/or quick-service restaurant experience preferred; proven ability to manage conflict and ensure successful outcomes under pressure; excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective organizational maturity to prioritize activities
