Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job

About: Assistant Restaurant Managers are an essential part of the Wendy’s restaurant leadership and management team, providing direction, training, and expertise to exceed customer expectations and achieve business goals for each shift. They oversee operations, develop and mentor teams, monitor food safety procedures, maximize sales and profit goals, maintain QSC standards, and safeguard Wendy’s brand and assets.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or GED; One year of restaurant management experience; Must be dependable and punctual; Neat, clean, and professional appearance; Upbeat and engaging personality; Fluent English-speaking and writing skills; Highly collaborative nature; Exhibit a sense of urgency; Strong work ethic; Excellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and basic algebra concepts.
