About: The Rooftop at Exchange Place, located high atop the Hyatt House Jersey City, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the relaunch of the rooftop bar, Terrace restaurant, and banquet space. This position requires a talented and versatile leader to develop a strong team of service-minded professionals in a high-energy and premium location offering stunning views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food and beverage management; strong leadership and team-building skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to manage financial objectives and control costs effectively
